80ph Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "80ph," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 80ph online gaming platform accessible at 80ph.cam and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who has registered an account on the 80ph platform or who accesses or uses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual, registered gaming account created by a Player on the 80ph platform.
• "Platform" refers to the 80ph website, mobile-optimized interface, Progressive Web App, and all game products, features, and services available through 80ph.cam.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to the amount of verified, deposited Philippine Peso funds held in a Player's 80ph account that are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, bonus funds, free spin winnings, or any other non-deposited funds credited to a Player's account pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulation and Philippine anti-money laundering law, under which 80ph verifies the identity and eligibility of Players.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency licensing and regulating 80ph's operations.
• "AMLA" refers to Republic Act No. 9160, the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations as applicable to gaming operators in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Balance amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for conversion to Real Money Balance and withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 80ph platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 80ph. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and, if applicable, request account closure.

80ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account on 80ph and to use any of its services. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to all licensed Philippine online gaming operators. 80ph enforces age verification at registration and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time during the account lifecycle.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active account on the 80ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of obtaining multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited. 80ph employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate account registrations, including but not limited to matching names, identification documents, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and payment method details.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, 80ph reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any bonuses, promotions, or winnings obtained through the duplicate registration.

3.3 Registration Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current as of the date of submission. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. 80ph shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions

The 80ph platform is intended for use by persons located in the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. 80ph makes no representation or warranty that the platform is lawful for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

4 Account Security

4.1 Credentials and Access

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 80ph account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify 80ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to, or use of, your account.

80ph support staff will never request your password, one-time passcodes, or GCash PIN via any communication channel. Any request purporting to be from 80ph that asks for such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4.2 Player Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your 80ph account, including activity that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. 80ph shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login information.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

80ph is required under PAGCOR regulation and the AMLA to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to provide, upon request and within the timeframe specified by 80ph, copies of valid government-issued Philippine identification documents (such as a Philippine National ID / PhilSys card, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of address, and any additional documentation 80ph may require to satisfy its KYC and anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

80ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank (via InstaPay / PESONet), 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. 80ph does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information on your 80ph account.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit to the 80ph platform is ₱100 per transaction. Minimum deposit amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed in the Cashier section of the platform at the time of the transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe applicable to the Player's current VIP tier, as published on the 80ph VIP program page. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. 80ph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request that exceeds threshold amounts or that exhibits patterns consistent with money laundering or fraud indicators as defined under the AMLA.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

In accordance with the AMLA and PAGCOR's implementing guidelines, 80ph is obligated to report transactions that meet or exceed the covered transaction threshold, and suspicious transactions regardless of amount, to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Players are prohibited from using the 80ph platform for any money laundering activity. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be immediately suspended and referred to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers issued by 80ph are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, bonus funds and free spin winnings credited to your 80ph account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The Wagering Requirement multiplier and the games that qualify toward fulfilling the requirement are specified in each promotion's terms.

Wagering on certain game categories — including but not limited to Baccarat, Roulette, and other table games — may contribute at a reduced percentage toward Wagering Requirement fulfillment, as specified in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will expire and be automatically removed from the Player's account. 80ph is not obligated to provide notice of imminent bonus expiry, though it may do so at its discretion.

6.4 Abuse and Bonus Fraud

80ph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus, promotional credit, or associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to obtain multiple welcome bonuses, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gameplay intent, or colluding with other Players to generate artificial qualifying activity.

6.5 Withdrawal of Real Money Balance

Where a Player holds both a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance, any withdrawal request will be processed from the Real Money Balance first. Bonus Balance funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been completed in full.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play and RNG Certification

All games available on the 80ph platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios and are subject to independent certification of their Random Number Generator (RNG) systems by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in each game's information panel. 80ph does not control or modify the outcome of any game provided by third-party studios.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure during a game session, 80ph reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and return the relevant stake to the Player's account. 80ph shall not be liable to honor payouts that result from a technical error or malfunction that produced an incorrect game outcome. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the applicable principle in all such circumstances.

7.3 Disconnections

80ph is not liable for losses sustained by a Player as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or any other interruption in connectivity during a game session, unless the disconnection is demonstrably caused by a fault in the 80ph platform infrastructure. Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during gameplay.

7.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and displayed within the game interface. 80ph reserves the right to impose additional account-level betting limits at any time, including for Player protection purposes under the responsible gaming framework.

8 Responsible Gaming

80ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Framework. The platform provides the following Player protection tools, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly maximum deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss limits over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications upon reaching a defined session duration.
• Reality Check: Periodic in-session pop-ups displaying net session win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account restriction for periods of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.

80ph reserves the right to apply Player protection measures — including compulsory limits or account suspension — without Player consent where there are reasonable grounds to believe that continued unrestricted access poses a risk of harm to the Player. Players who self-exclude may not request reinstatement before the expiry of the self-exclusion period.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 80ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

1. Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
2. Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under Philippine law.
4. Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated cheating with other Players.
5. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
6. Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void.
7. Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or to interfere with platform infrastructure, security systems, or other Players' accounts.
8. Systematically abusing promotional offers or bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
9. Using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your 80ph account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 80ph platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of 80ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 80ph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of 80ph.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 80ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

80ph's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

80ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 80ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may request the closure of your 80ph account at any time by contacting 80ph support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Prior to closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations or disputes.

12.2 Suspension by 80ph

80ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 80ph reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false information during registration or verification;
• There is reason to suspect fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• The Player is identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to enhanced due diligence requirements;
• Account closure is required for Player protection under the responsible gaming framework;
• Regulatory requirements necessitate account closure or restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's Real Money Balance will be held and not forfeited unless the investigation concludes that the balance was obtained through prohibited activities.

13 Dispute Resolution

13.1 Internal Complaints Process

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 80ph platform or these Terms, you should first contact 80ph support via live chat or email at [email protected]. 80ph will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and will endeavor to resolve it within five (5) business days. Complex complaints requiring investigation may take longer; you will be kept informed of progress.

13.2 PAGCOR Escalation

If you are not satisfied with 80ph's resolution of your complaint, you have the right to escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which has regulatory oversight authority over 80ph's operations. PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes and contact information are available on the PAGCOR official website.

13.3 Game Dispute Procedure

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a specific game round, 80ph will investigate using server-side transaction logs and RNG audit records. The results of this investigation are final and binding. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the session in question; disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

80ph collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the 80ph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering an account on 80ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purpose of complying with PAGCOR reporting obligations and AMLA requirements.

15 Amendments to These Terms

80ph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Players' rights, obligations, or the fundamental nature of the gaming services — 80ph will notify registered Players by:

• Sending a notification to the email address or mobile number associated with the Player's account; and/or
• Displaying a prominent notice on the 80ph platform at login for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or changes required by regulatory update) may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the 80ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

16 Governing Law & Severability

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, subject to the escalation procedures set out in Section 13.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had not formed part of the Terms.

16.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the 80ph platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 80ph with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
